Tell stories/develop stories for each room, better way to have a genuine conversation with the PNM's
Top hall vs. Bottom hall: all room preference is given to those with the highest house points, there are many ways to earn house points (such as getting involved on LC, having a little, getting good grades, improving on grades, wearing letters, wearing pin attire, being Rho Gamma, being on Panhellinic, ect)
DO NOT TALK ABOUT 5 B's: boys, booze, bank accounts, bibles, bitches
Please try to compliment all the women when you first pick them up, but have a genuine compliment, do not fake it
DO NOT ask about major, try not to focus on the Recruitment process, you may start with a "How is recruitment going?" but change the subject back to AOII, because they are here to talk about our chapter, not about the recruitment process in general
