Wednesday August 10 2011: meeting with Pan 3:30-7:00
Friday August 12 2011: meeting with Pan 10:00-11:30, Phired up 11:30-1:00, Unity 1:00-3:00, Mock recruitment with Rho Gammas - Pan day 3:00-5:00
Saturday August 13 2011: Pan Code of Ethics Training 10:00-10:45, Mock recruitment - House Tour day 1:30-4:15, Recruitment chair dinner @ Southfork 5:00-6:00
SUNDAY August 14 2011: SORORITY RULES BEGIN 8:00 am
Monday August 17 2011: Recruitment chair meeting 7:00-8:30 CUB 208

Recruitment chair meeting with Pan: 6:30 am
Day 1: Pan day (8 parties, 40 minutes each)
Start: 8:30 am
Sing A-A-A-O-Pi song to enter
Sing A-A-A-O-Pi song to exit
"Enders": those who are standing when Molly/Lara has their hand on their watch and go downstairs to begin the AOII song after the recruitment chairs have rang the bell and said goodbye - START TOGETHER
Bump groups

Recruitment chair meeting with Pan: 6:30 am
Day 2: Pan day (8 parties, 40 minutes each)
Start: 8:30 am
Sing A-A-A-O-Pi song to enter
Sing A-A-A-O-Pi song to exit with a flood into the atrium from the sitting room & kitchen
"Enders": those who are standing when Molly/Lara has their hand on their watch and go downstairs to begin the AOII song after the recruitment chairs have rang the bell and said goodbye - START TOGETHER

Thursday August 18 2011
Recruitment chair meeting with Pan: 6:30 am
Day 3: Philanthropy day (11 parties, 35 minutes each)
Start: 8:00 am
Walk out to music from kitchen, pick up PNM & go to designated room
Drop off PNM to music and go upstairs and then prepare for a flood to come down and into atrium to wave good bye and move to the music
Certain people will be designated to go into sitting room to make stress balls, others into kitchen to "bowl" for money and drink the "surprise" drink, and others upstairs to decorate keychains and watch a video about Tanya

End: 5:05 pm
Chapter invitation lists due: 8:00 pm
Friday August 19 2011
Recruitment chair meeting with Pan: 6:30 am
Day 4: House tour day (7 parties, 45 minutes each)
Start: 8:00
Walk out to music from kitchen and say PNM name to pick them up
Drop off PNM to music and return upstairs to bump group room
One person picks up PNM and gives half a tour, the partner meets in the living room and bumps when partner returns, no switching will be in place, just a bump to a person without a PNM, unless we have too many PNMs and not enough AOII's
Then partner that bumps will continue to give the rest of the house tour ending in either the sitting room/tv room or the kitchen

Saturday August 20 2011
Recruitment chair meeting with Pan: 7:30 am
Day 5: Preference day (3 parties, 1 hour each)
Start: 11:15
Walk out to music from kitchen and say PNM name to pick them up
Drop off PNM to the Lean on Me song sang by AOII's and go into atrium to wave goodbye
Walk into kitchen to enjoy AOII Pie and watch video, head upstairs for song sung by AOII's, then senior letters and Runway AOII, ....
End: 2:45
