Clarification

Here is the deal with the latest post, and this is how it pertains to you.  We expect to have an extraordinary amount of women going through recruitment this year and parties are going to be maxed out.  That said, we need every possible AOII to be recruiting these fine women.  Because so many girls have sent in excuses etc. we are really pushing it.  We want to avoid at all costs "doubling up" while recruiting.  When you have to recruit 2 PNMs at one time, it is nearly impossible even for the most skilled of recruiters.  Most often, you will lose both those girls as the time you spend getting to know them is probably going to be awkward as a PNM would have to share that time with another.  Blah Blah Blah, if any of you were doubled up when you went through you can probably remember that it was not the most ideal of situations though some chapters do it this way and can be successful.  The bottom line is, we are going to bring a massive wave of girls into our home every day, and we need everyone to be there.  It is crucial at this point that we have everyone there, especially for your recruitment chairs' sanity :) Many of you have given us legitimate excuses, so thank you. Please remember how important recruitment is and how our future success depends upon what we do in august. Thanks!
