Alright ladies here's the deal with scoring! These standards come STRAIGHT from our recruitment manual AND our international standards. We will be scoring the women on 7 qualities, 5 of which you will discuss with your bump groups/friends and come to a CONSENSUS on a score for each woman. Annie and I will provide you with scores for Class and Scholarship, because we will be provided that information from the PNMs.
These are templates to help guide your scoring, this is exactly what we use during formal recruitment so this will help make the transition easier! These traits and explanations will help you decide what score to give each girl.
Score cards will be located in different rooms in AOII during and after the informal events, they will be kept CONFIDENTIAL and hidden so MAKE SURE any information about scoring/grading etc stays WITHIN our chapter and is never revealed to PNMs!
